Artist Statement
This work investigates how spectral frequencies—both visible and audible—can create emotional resonance within architectural spaces. By mapping visitor trajectories through the space, the installation generates unique sonic and visual responses, making each encounter singular.
The title references both the optical phenomenon of spectral dispersion and the emotional resonance we experience when confronted with overwhelming sensory input. In creating this work, I sought to blur the boundary between observer and observed, between the human body and the architectural container.
